I have changed to a healthier lifestyle. I drink tea and water, I eat healthier, I am more active, but I want to do more. I have been thinking about taking a mutivitamin but have heard that they can be bad for you. Is this true? If so, is there any that are good for you? Hi - I am a 22 year old male. I am 5ft 7in and weigh 240lbs. Is it ok that I only consume 1200 cal a day and I walk 30 mins a day? I have lost about 17 lbs in a month? I dont feel hungary but I have noticed some dizziness when I stand up. keith - cedar rapids

According to the ADA food Exchange list, Lettuce is a free food BUT In a large salad, as the main meal, Is it safe to say that THREE or MORE cups of salad is considered 1 Carbohydrate choice? Thanks Donna donna - Bush
