I have changed to a healthier lifestyle. I drink tea and water, I eat healthier, I am more active, but I want to do more. I have been thinking about taking a mutivitamin but have heard that they can be bad for you. Is this true? If so, is there any that are good for you? Any information would be great and thank you :)

Hi - I am a 22 year old male. I am 5ft 7in and weigh 240lbs. Is it ok that I only consume 1200 cal a day and I walk 30 mins a day? I have lost about 17 lbs in a month? I dont feel hungary but I have noticed some dizziness when I stand up.

According to the ADA food Exchange list, Lettuce is a free food BUT In a large salad, as the main meal, Is it safe to say that THREE or MORE cups of salad is considered 1 Carbohydrate choice? Thanks Donna
